Two
Weeks ago, theater- and film Director Christoph Schlingensief has started
rehearsals for "HAMLET". The Play will debut May 10th 2001 in
Zurich, Schauspielhaus. This project is integrated in the NAZI~LINE PROGRAMM
which is co-founded by Christoph Schlingensief and ubermorgen.com.
The Programm intents to integrate neo-Nazis into the
economy of Germany, Switzerland and Austria. In the case of "HAMLET",
neo-Nazis will be offered a job as actors and will therefore become part
of this internationally famous crew. They will take part in the rehearsals
and live on stage. This poses a great opportunity to learn and experience
artistic work in a socially and economically swell environment.
NAZI~LINE is supported by the "Bundeszentrale für
politsche Bildung" [Federal institute for political education] and
the Vice-President of the german Parliament, Antje Vollmer.
During the current week, Schlingensief and his Ensemble
(international Stars such as Irm Hermann, Peter Kern, Bibiana Beglau and
Sebastian Rudolph) will travel around in Zurich. They will install Info-Screens
and will communicate NAZI~LINE to the general public.
